They are here

Aquatic plant that I bought to put in my tank.

What does this look like? It's not a tea bag it's a filter bag
it needs to be there for 4 hours and I just started like 6 minutes.

it needs to be 73 to 78 F for them to live.

i don't think these are eggs but they are.

  1. Don't get discouraged!

I am not an expert in how to keep aquatic animals in captivity so unfortunately I cannot give you any advice. The only time that I kept some kind of aquatic animals was when I was a teen and I submerged plants with tap water inside a container and left them there for weeks. Then I took a sample of the water and look at it under my microscope. That was dead easy.

You are dealing with animals that have specific and more demanding requirements. It sounds like that the batch of eggs that you have received was not good.

You may consider starting all over again and seeking some advice from a biologist or other people who keep aquariums with more experience, or switch to local creatures that are easier to keep.

  2. Triops? My daughter kept some "sea monkeys" once. Seem almost the same as your triops. Had to grow them from eggs, but they were so tiny. No wonder the kit came with a magnifying glass. They grew but it took forever, so be patient. You have to find a suitable place - not too much sun and not too much darkness.
